Public Purchasing Options

Every day, public entities make decisions about how to procure the products and services they need. These decisions are driven by several factors: relationships, availability, breadth of products and services, and procurement options. Not all procurement options are the same, especially when it comes to roofing systems and products.

Carlisle SynTec Systems now offers public entities an option for public purchasing, a program that is available in all 50 states: TIPS-USA. Using our TIPS-USA contract, public entities are empowered to control their purchase from beginning to end. Carlisle SynTec Systems offers the industry’s most competitive pricing and most comprehensive roofing solutions, and will assist in every step of the way, from roof system analysis to choosing the right products and applicators, all while ensuring the roofing system and applicators offer a long-term warranty and maintenance plan.
