This warranty spans up to 20 years and includes overburden removal and reinstallation of Carlisle-supplied products in the event of a roof warranty claim.

GRO Synthetic Turf System: Carlisle's GRO Synthetic Turf System offers an eco-friendly traditional green roof alternative, providing the look of a natural play or leisure area without the hassle and maintenance requirements. With six turf varieties, including pet-friendly and putting options, it maintains year-round beauty without water or chemicals. Turf is easily installed over special trays that lock into adjustable pedestals creating a secure, elevated surface over the membrane to conceal rooftop fixtures while providing superior drainage.

Bison Wood Pavers: Bison Wood Pavers are constructed from either Ipê or Cumaru hardwoods responsibly harvested in Central and South America. These specific hardwoods were chosen for their beauty, durability, and weathering characteristics. Bison Wood Pavers are fastened into supporting Bison Pedestals, creating a secure paver system that provides a distinct architectural appearance for amenity space applications.

Hanover^® GridLoc^® System: Hanover's GridLoc System creates a lightweight, elevated structural support for various overburden systems including concrete pavers, porcelain pavers, bricks, and roof garden trays. When paired with Hanover’s adjustable pedestals with special GridLoc pedestal tops, the GridLoc System creates a level, elevated, and fully supported continuous base for systems previously unsuitable for pedestal support due to their size, layout, or flexibility. This gives architects and designers the ability to create intricate designs using multiple materials, sizes, and patterns without direct placement onto the membrane or sand setting bed.
