Sure-Seal Cool Gray EPDM Protects Northwest Wisconsin Facility from Harsh Winter Weather

Quanex, Inc., a global manufacturing company operating 34 plants worldwide, needed roof replacements at their Rice Lake, Wisconsin facility. After a severe hailstorm caused extensive damage, two sections of the roof-71,800 square feet of aged PVC membrane and 60,000 square feet of old adhered EPDM-required replacement with Sure-Seal Cool Gray, an innovative new product. Despite harsh winters, the majority of the 325,000-square-foot roof, comprised of ballasted EPDM, performed exceptionally well.
